Today, the society boasts a large number of members, manages a mountain lodge on Blidinje, and actively organizes numerous activities for both its members and the wider public. Accommodation can be reserved at the Blidinje mountain lodge. During your stay at the lodge, you will have a unique opportunity to enjoy views of Čvrsnica and its steep, high cliffs, and be just a few meters from Blidinje Lake. Traditional hikes, mountaineering schools, expert lectures, various excursions, and social gatherings are just part of the story that continues the original idea of ​​showcasing all the beauty and splendor of the domestic mountains to the world. The society maintains over 170 km of hiking trails, from challenging mountain hikes to gentle walking paths. In addition to local trails, typically around 10-15 km in length, the area managed by this society also includes so-called mega hiking trails such as the Via Dinarica and the Gospi Sinjskoj Trail. The society is open to all citizens, and more than 450 members have passed through it so far. Since its founding, the number of members has been steadily increasing and currently stands at 120 members. Taking care of the future, a mountaineering school is regularly organized, where in a short time, both theoretically and practically, one can learn how to hike safely and comfortably. The school encourages the development of a love for nature and awareness of the importance of nature conservation.
