The gastronomic story of Hajdučke Vrleti is based on authentic and traditional Herzegovinian cuisine, both original and in a modern form. The menu is adapted to the seasonal availability of ingredients, as well as listening to the desires and needs of guests. Hajdučke Vrleti have in their history numerous interesting traditions that are nurtured today, the most prominent being the establishment of the “Hajduk Republic of Mijat Tomić” in 2002 and the initiation of the unique event “Dobro slaži i ostani živ” (Lie Well and Stay Alive) in 2003.
